Join us in person for our League lobby day, Day on the Hill: Protect Democracy, Thursday, September 18 at 11:00 AM in Room 428 at the State House. With your help, we can pass laws in the Commonwealth to defend against federal threats.
Now more than ever, it is critical that advocates and activists focus their sights on state-level action. And nothing makes a bigger impression on legislators than their constituents showing up in person.
The Member Packet HERE contains everything you need to know to ensure a successful day, including the schedule and highlighted bills. Check out the Know Before You Go page for transportation tips.
Register HERE before September 10 to ensure we notify your legislators to expect a visit from you. Questions? Contact specialists@lwvma.org.
